The New World Order which was being built as the Berlin Wall fell, placed all emphases on the economic and not any longer on the ideological. A hegemonic and uni-polar system of thought emerged from the bits and pieces of the cold war. In all parts of the wide world, through military presence and preventive wars, a policy of economic domination over the global market is currently being imposed.
