
Colleagues from retreat centres across North America learned from each other about what’s happening in our individual worlds. We talked about what we are noticing in ourselves, in our communities, and in our world. What are the needs and issues we are trying to respond to in our programming at each of our Centres? Are there common issues we all share? We had lots of opportunities to share and learn from each other.
We also had an opportunity for input and sharing about making our Centres great places to work. Topics included:
For those looking for time to rest, relax and renew ourselves, we had time scheduled to experience Naramata Centre’s outdoor labyrinth or sacred garden, to go for a walk along the lakeside, a hike along a mountain stream, or a stroll on the Trans Canada Trail, located 2000 feet above Lake Okanagan.
